Availability and Terms
Facility may be rented between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 a.m., Monday through Sunday. The time of use on the Facility Agreement is the only time client is permitted to be in the facility. All hours must run consecutively and include one hour for set-up and one hour for clean up. Refunds will not be given for hours not used. Security deposit must be paid in full at time of reservation and will be refunded at time of final inspection of facility. Full payment must be received two weeks prior to the event. Applicants must be 21 years of age and able to provide proof. Facility rental may be made up to 6 months in advance and, when space is available, we will be happy to accommodate meetings on short notice. The LeMay Museum reserves the right to require client organization to provide proof of liability, event and/or host liquor insurance.

• Audio Visual and Equipment: We are happy to arrange for A/V equipment needs; facility does have a sound system

The LeMay Museum’s Club Auto is a 9,000 sq. ft. facility on the Eastside that is ideal for your next event. Our goal is to provide guests with a unique experience. A Club Auto gathering allows guests the opportunity to view unique and interesting automobiles from all eras: brass, classic, 50’s, hot rods, and even race cars. Most of these automobiles are show quality. Enjoy your business meeting, company party or small gathering in a club house atmosphere with truly classic automobiles.
